CHICKEN-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 lb. baking chicken
1 pkg. Rice-A-Roni
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lg. pkg. chopped broccoli
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 sm. chopped onion
1/2 c. toasted bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook chicken in 2 cups water and 1 tablespoon salt until tender. Remove from bone. Cook rice in chicken broth and enough water to make amount of package directions. Cook broccoli as package directs.

Combine broccoli, rice, soup, onion, chicken and shredded cheese. Put in buttered casserole, top with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour uncovered.
