CHICKEN-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
Butter a 9 x 12 inch casserole. Cook fresh or frozen broccoli (2 bunches). Drain and spread in bottom of dish. Cut 6 cooked chicken breasts into bite size pieces and layer over broccoli. Prepare 1 package Stove Top stuffing according to directions on box and spread over chicken and broccoli.

Heat together: 1 c. milk 1/4 c. butter

Pour over mixture in casserole. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
