CHICKEN SALAD 
8 oz. spiral pasta
3 c. chicken (or turkey)
1 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. plain yogurt
1 1/2 c. green grapes, sliced in half
1/4 c. diced onion
1 c. sliced celery
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cook and drain pasta according to package directions. Bake (oven or microwave) chicken until done. Cut into bite-size pieces. Add grapes, onion and celery. In a small bowl mix mayonnaise, yogurt, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken; mix and enjoy!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

This is good and light. I modified it a little: used light vanilla yogurt instead of plain and added in some poppy seeds at the end. It's perfect for a picnic or warm summer day. :)
