HOT OFF THE GRILL HAM STEAKS 
ham steaks, cut about 1/2 inch thick
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. horseradish
1/4 c. lemon juice

Combine sugar, horseradish and lemon juice; boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Brush on ham steaks and grill. Watch carefully, they burn easily. Tasty!

If you purchase pre-cooked ham steak... is also excellent to wrap in heavy duty foil... sprinkle brown sugar over, place a couple of pineapple slices on top. Yum! The brown sugar turns into a kind of glaze. Put on back of grill... turn a couple of times - until heated through.
