BAR-B-QUE BEEF 
3 to 3 1/2 lbs. chuck roast
1 onion, sliced
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. water
14 oz. ketchup

In a covered casserole, place chuck roast with onion slices over it. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over roast and onions. Cover and bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 5-6 hours. Shred beef with 2 forks and serve. As you shred the meat, it will absorb the sauce in the pan.
