BEEF BAR-B-QUE 
2 1/2 lb. beef roast
1 lb. onion
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. catsup
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. celery

Brown meat. Put remaining ingredients in meat. Bake 4-5 hours at 350 degrees. Pull meat apart with a fork.
