CHILI 
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin powder
1 tsp. coriander
1 tsp. garlic, fresh minced
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 (16 oz.) cans Pinto beans
1 (16 oz.) can chili beans (as spicy as you like)
1 sm. can diced green chilies
1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes
2 onions, diced
1 lb. chopped turkey or beef

Saute 2 diced onions with garlic. Add 1 lb. chopped turkey or beef. After browned, add above spices, 2 cans pinto beans with juice, 1 can chili beans, green chilies, diced tomatoes in juice. Simmer 45 minutes or more.
