CHICKEN SALAD 
3 or 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1 pkg. wonton wrappers, cut in 1/2 inch strips
1 head lettuce

Mix the following together and pour over the cubed chicken, sliced water chestnuts and sesame seeds. 1 c. vegetable oil 1/4 c. sugar

Deep fat fry the wonton strips and drain. When ready to serve, mix with lettuce and wonton strips.
