CHEESY HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hamburger meat
2 cans cream of chicken soup
7 lg. potatoes
1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown hamburger meat. Drain grease. Add soup. Fry until hot. Cut up potatoes; boil and add butter. Layer in quart size pan. Bake at 375 degrees until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.

I was low on groceries and searched for a hamburger recipe. I wasn't sure how it'd turn out. But it was great. My picky husband and 2 kids, ages 1 and 3 had seconds. I'll be making it again! :)

I was surprised how good this came out, for a family of 5 wasn't enough tho. I used lots of cheese I think that added to it!! It was real nice tho, quick and easy to make without much of a mess afterwards! Will definitely make again, I will probably double the ingredients.

I too can vouch for this dish. Very delicious results, although I added about 2 tablespoons oregano to the meat. My 2 kids and husband also loved it. Great recipe, and easy to make.
