2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. cheese, grated
3 lb. box macaroni
1 (46 oz.) mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. onions
1/2 c. green peppers
1 tbsp. butter

Brown ground beef, drain. Saute onion, green pepper. Add to ground beef. Cook macaroni until tender, drain. Mix with mushroom soup in large steam table pan. Add beef mixture and add salt and pepper. Mix in 1/2 of cheese and sprinkle remaining cheese over mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until cheese is brown.
