CABBAGE & GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. extra lean ground beef
1 big onion, chopped
1 c. rice, dry long grain
1 pkg. onion mushroom soup
1 lg. cabbage, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
Salt & pepper to taste

Saute beef and onions until ground beef is brown. Put rice and onion soup in. Place chopped cabbage in pan and pour beef mixture on top. Heat tomato soup and 1 can of water in skillet and then pour over cabbage mixture. Cover pan tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and then turn off oven and leave in oven until ready to eat.
