CABBAGE AND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 head cabbage
1 lb. ground meat
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. rice, cooked
1/2 stick butter
Seasoning to taste
1/2 c. bread crumbs, softened

Brown meat in butter with onions, garlic, and seasoning to taste. Boil cabbage until tender. Mix cabbage with meat mixture. Add soup, green onions, and rice. Pour into greased baking dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
