FRUIT SALAD 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) vanilla pudding (cook type)
1 pkg. (3 oz.) tapioca pudding (cook type)
1 can mandarin oranges
1 can pineapple chunks
2 bananas (sliced & dipped in lemon juice)
1 tbsp. frozen orange juice

Drain fruit and mix juice with water to make 3 cups. Cook juice with pudding mixes and orange juice until thick. Cool slightly and add fruits.
