CRYSTAL'S FRUIT SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) box vanilla pudding
1 (3 oz.) box tapioca pudding
1 tbsp. orange juice concentrate
1 lg. can chunk pineapple
1 lg & 1 sm. can mandarin oranges
1 lg. can maraschino cherries, drained well
2 bananas, cut

Drain juice from pineapple and mandarin oranges and add enough water to make 3 cups. Stir together with puddings and cook until thickened. Cool. When cool, add cherries and bananas.
