WATCH YOUR WEIGHT SOUP 
5 cubes bouillon
3/4 pot water
1 can Chinese vegetables
1 c. celery
1 can mushrooms, sliced
1 pkg. greens (any kind; I prefer collards)
1 pkg. or can yellow or zucchini squash
1 pkg. or can French green beans
Onion flakes
Parsley
Black pepper
1 c. chopped cabbage
1 pkg. chopped cauliflower
1 chopped bell pepper
1 sm. jar pimiento

Steam until tender and add 46 ounce can of tomato juice. This keeps for several days and gets better each day. I really don't measure "veggies", just use what I have as long as it is listed in the group above.
