GLAZED FRUIT SALAD 
1 pkg. jello Americana tapioca
1 can pineapple chunks
1 can mandarin oranges
Bananas
Kiwi
Orange juice

Cook the package of tapioca using the juice from the pineapple and orange juice for the required liquid. Cook until thick and clear. Allow to cool. Add drained pineapple chunks, drained mandarin oranges, and sliced bananas. Fold together and place the mixture in a clear glass bowl. Top with sliced kiwi, then turn the kiwi to glaze with the tapioca. Chill before serving.
