GLAZED FRUIT SALAD 
2 (17 oz.) cans chunky mixed fruit
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
2 cans mandarin oranges
Any other fresh fruit as desired (strawberries, watermelon, apples, etc.)
3 sliced bananas
1 sm. box regular vanilla pudding (NOT instant)

Drain and reserve liquid from chunky fruit. Makes 1 1/2 cups.

Cook pudding and juice until it just starts to boil. Drain other fruits, but do not use juices. Add fruits together and pour cooled pudding into fruit and stir. Refrigerate overnight. Add bananas right before serving.
