FRUIT SALAD 
1 pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 pkg. tapioca pudding (not instant)
1 tbsp. orange juice (concentrate)
1 can mandarin oranges
1 can pineapple chunks
1 banana, sliced

Cook puddings until thickened together with 3 cups liquid. (Use liquid from canned fruits and add water to make 3 cups.) Cool slightly, then add fruit. Refrigerate until set. Serve in lettuce cups or plain for dessert.
