FRUIT SALAD 
1 pkg. vanilla pudding
1 pkg. orange or lemon tapioca pudding
1 can mandarin oranges
1 can pineapple chunks
1 banana, sliced

You may substitute vanilla tapioca pudding and 1 heaping tablespoon of frozen concentrate orange juice in place of orange or lemon pudding.

Cook pudding with 3 cups of liquid. Use juice from canned fruit and water to make 3 cups. Cool slightly, then add fruit. Refrigerate.
