“QUICK FONDANT” IS IN:

QUICK FONDANT 
Takes only 5 minutes. No cooking.

2/3 cup Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (1 lb.) box sifted confectioners' sugar (4 cups)

Blend sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.

Add confectioners’ sugar gradually, mixing until smooth and creamy.

FOR FONDANT VARIATIONS:

Use fondant between nut meats or as a stuffing for dates.

Or form into small balls and roll in chopped nut meats, shredded coconut, grated chocolate, candied fruit or flavor and color as desired and form into round flat creams.

Makes 1 1/4 pounds.
