PIZZA SWISS STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. round steak
12 oz. pork sausage
1 1/2 c. mushroom slices
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. fennel seed
1 1/2 c. Italian sauce
3 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. water
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Cut meat in 6 or 7 pieces. In a 3-quart casserole combine sausage, mushrooms and onion. Microwave full power for 6 minutes, stirring 3 times; drain. Stir in fennel seed and Italian sauce. Add steak in sauce; cover all meat with sauce.

Cover and microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes and MEDIUM-LOW for 30 minutes. Remove steak. Stir flour and water; stir in sauce. Microwave on HIGH 3 minutes; stir twice. Add steak. Cover and microwave on MEDIUM-LOW for 20 minutes. Add cheese; let stand, covered, 10 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
