PIZZA 
4 1/2 c. warm water
4 1/2 tbsp. yeast
4 c. white flour
1 1/2 rounded tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. powdered milk
Scant 1/2 cup oil
1/2 c. sugar

Mix and raise 20 minutes.

Stir into above ingredients 6-8 cups flour and raise another 30 minutes. Roll crust thin (about 1/2 inch). Put in pans sprinkled with corn meal and prick with fork. Raise a little bit and bake at 450 degrees about 5 minutes; top with sauce and toppings; reduce heat to 350-400 degrees and continue baking until done.

SAUCE:

3 (8 oz.) tomato sauce (I like to substitute 1 tomato paste)
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. sweet basil (I use a little more)
1 tsp. oregano

Simmer. Makes about 6-8 pizzas.
