DOWN HOME SAUSAGE AND RICE | |
1/2 lb. bulk sausage 1/3 c. green onions, chopped 1/3 c. celery, chopped 1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper 1 1/2 c. Minute Rice 1 1/2 c. water Crumble sausage in a skillet and saute until browned. Add onions, celery and bell pepper; saute slightly. Add salt, pepper and water. Bring to a boil. Add rice, stir in well. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. |
