FUNNY-FACE PIZZA 
1 lb. ground round
1 med. size onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 c. prepared sloppy joe sauce
1 tube (10 oz.) refrigerated pizza dough
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 med. size sweet red pepper, thinly sliced & tossed with 1/2 tsp. olive oil
2 black olives, halved
3-4 cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley

1. Preheat the oven to hot, 425 degrees. Place an oven rack in the lowest position.

2. Cook the meat, onion and garlic in a medium-size skillet, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up the chunks, until the meat is no longer pink. Drain the fat. Stir in the sloppy joe sauce. Set aside the mixture.

3. Prepare the pizza crust following the package directions for a thick crust pie.

4. Spread the meat filling over the entire surface of the dough. Sprinkle the Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the filling.

5. Place the red pepper strips at the top of the pizza to form the 'hair'. Place 2 ripe olive halves below the hair to form the eyes and one half olive below the eyes to form the nose.

6. Bake the pizza on the lowest rack in the preheated hot oven, 425 degrees, for 12 to 15 minutes. Arrange the cherry tomato halves to form the mouth and sprinkle the chopped parsley above the eyes to form the eyebrows. Serve immediately.
