PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground round
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. oregano
1 (12 oz.) pkg. rotini
2 (16 oz.) jars pizza sauce
1 pkg. sliced pepperoni
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Brown ground round in skillet; drain. Add onion and green peppers. Cook until tender. Add oregano.

Cook rotini according to package directions; drain. Mix half the beef and pizza sauce in 2-quart casserole.

Layer half the rotini, half the pepperoni and half the cheese over beef mixture. Repeat layers. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Top with additional pizza toppings, if desired.
