GOOD AND EASY PIZZA 
ROUND - 12 CUT:

2 c. white flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast

RECTANGLE - 16 CUT:

3 c. white flour
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
3 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast

Grease pan with shortening; dust it with cornmeal. Mix crust ingredients together to make a soft dough, slightly sticky. As it rises, prepare meats and vegetables of choice.

For sauce, use 8 oz. tomato sauce (or 16 oz.). Add 1 teaspoon oregano and other spices to taste.

Work crust onto pan. Grate some Mozzarella over crust to anchor fillings. Add meat and vegetables either to crust or to sauce. Add sauce. Once again grate Mozzarella and add Parmesan.

Bake in 425 degree oven 10-15 minutes for round 12 cut and 15 minutes in oven and 5 minutes in oven after it is turned off. (rectangle-16 cut)
