SAUSAGE AND CHEESE BRUNCH TARTS | |
1/2 lb. bulk sausage 1 1/2 c. Bisquick 1/4 c. butter, softened 2 - 3 tbsp. boiling water 1/2 c. milk 1 egg 2 tbsp. green onion 1/2 c. colby or cheddar cheese, shredded Grease muffin tins. Mix Bisquick, butter and boiling water until all ingredients are moistened. Spread evenly in muffin tins, bottom and sides. Fry sausage and drain well. Divide evenly among prepared crusts. Mix milk, egg and thinly sliced green onion. Divide mixture among the tins. Sprinkle each with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Yield: 12 tarts. |
