FRENCH TOAST - NO CHOLESTEROL 
1 slice sourdough bread, nice & thick
Egg substitute equal to 1 egg
1 oz. (2 tbsp.) non-fat milk
1 dash of vanilla extract

Mix egg substitute, milk and flavoring in a bowl and dip bread slice in mixture on both sides. Grill on a griddle sprayed with Pam. Serve with syrup, a fruit mixture, and/or sprinkle powdered sugar.
