PEGGY'S LO-CHOLESTEROL CAKE 
2 1/2 sticks butter
2 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
10 egg whites
1 c. lo fat plain yogurt
2 tsp. lemon or butter flavoring
1 tsp. each coconut, orange, almond flavoring

Cream shortening and sugar. Add egg whites 2 at a time, beating well. Add dry ingredients alternating with yogurt. Add flavorings. Pour in a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
