NO CHOLESTEROL ORANGE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. corn oil
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tsp. grated orange rind
4 egg whites

Grease and flour the bottom of a loaf pan. In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add corn oil and juice. Beat at medium speed until smooth. Add orange rind. In a small bowl beat egg whites at high speed until stiff peaks form. Fold into flour mixture. Turn into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool completely on a wire rack before removing from pan.
