LOW CHOLESTEROL CHILIES 
2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chili peppers
8 oz. low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c. skim milk
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. egg substitute
1 c. low-fat cottage cheese

Spray a 12 x 7 x 2 inch dish with non-stock spray. Sprinkle green chilies and cheddar cheese in bottom of pan. In medium bowl combine remaining ingredients and pour over chili/cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with sour cream, salsa and chips.
