3 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup cocoa
3/4 cup butter, soft, olive oil
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup water
2 cups soy milk, almond, unsweetened
2 tsp vanilla extract

Mix together, beating until light and fluffy. Bake in oiled and lightly floured 10x15-inch pan for 40 minutes at 350°F or until done.

Cool, spread with Cool Whip and fresh fruits, banana, strawberries.
