1 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
4 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. coconut
1 c. chocolate chips

Preheat oven at 375 degrees and grease cookie sheet. Mix by hand in order given. Bake for 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
