CHOCOLATE SOUR CREAM COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
3/4 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled (1 oz. each)
1/2 c. nuts, chopped, optional
1/4 tsp. salt

FROSTING:

1/4 c. butter, softened
1 tbsp. instant coffee
3 tbsp.milk
3 c. powdered sugar, divided
2 tbsp. cocoa
Dash of salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cream together butter and sugar; add egg, vanilla and chocolate. Combine flour, soda and salt. Add to sugar mixture. Stir in sour cream. Add nuts. Spoon onto greased cookie sheet by teaspoonful. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Cream together butter, cocoa, coffee, salt and 1 cup of the powdered sugar. Then mix in the rest of the powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Frost cookies.
