COOKIES:

1 egg
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup all-purpose flour

FROSTING:

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
3 tbsp. milk, or as needed
2 cups confectioners' sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a medium size pan.

Mix all cookie ingredients minus the egg. Add in egg. Press cookie mixture into prepared pan with hands, spreading evenly.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Let cool.

Mix frosting ingredients and spread on cooled cookies.

Cut into squares or bars. Enjoy!
