GULLIVER'S CORN AU GRATIN 
1 lb. whole kernel frozen corn
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. Accent
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Cook corn in a very small amount of water, boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Add cream, simmer for 5 minutes with salt, pepper and sugar. Make paste from butter, flour and Accent; add to creamed corn as it thickens. Simmer for 2 minutes. Sprinkle evenly with cheese, dot with butter and brown under broiler.
