CORN PUDDING AU GRATIN 
2 c. canned corn
1 c. diced cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs (optional)

Add cheese, flour, sugar and other seasonings to corn and mix well. Beat eggs; add to corn. Heat milk until butter melts but milk does not boil. Add to mixture. Pour into greased baking dish and bake in 350 degree oven for about an hour. Top with buttered crumbs if desired and return to oven until crumbs are brown and center is almost firm.
