CORN AU GRATIN 
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion (optional)

Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix very well. Place in a greased 8 x 8 inch baking pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Serves 6.

OR: 20 minutes at Medium in microwave oven. (Mine is a 700 watt oven). Test with a knife. If knife comes out clean, or almost clean, remove from microwave oven. Let it stand for 10 to 15 minutes to firm up in middle.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
