SWEET AND TANGY CHICKEN | |
1 1/2 lbs. chicken pieces MARINADE: 1/4 c. white wine vinegar 1/4 c. honey 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. catsup 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 1/2 tsp. Bouquet Sauce (opt.) 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks 1. Combine marinade ingredients in a 2 cup measuring cup. Microwave 1 to 2 minutes. Let cool. 2. Combine chicken pieces and marinade in a zip lock bag. Chill for 2 hours or overnight. 3. Pour into 9" baking dish. Cover with wax paper. Cook on high 11 to 13 minutes or until done. |
