SWEET AND TANGY CHICKEN 
1 1/2 lbs. chicken pieces

MARINADE:

1/4 c. white wine vinegar
1/4 c. honey
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. catsup
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. Bouquet Sauce (opt.)
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks

1. Combine marinade ingredients in a 2 cup measuring cup. Microwave 1 to 2 minutes. Let cool.

2. Combine chicken pieces and marinade in a zip lock bag. Chill for 2 hours or overnight.

3. Pour into 9" baking dish. Cover with wax paper. Cook on high 11 to 13 minutes or until done.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
