TANGY CHICKEN AND APPLES 
2 chicken breasts, cooked & cut up (in a little water)
1 apple, cut into wedges
1 onion, cut up
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
Dash of pepper

Combine all ingredients in a skillet with enough water to keep meat from sticking. Heat to boiling. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Low calorie meat dish. Delicious served with rice side dish.
