M.'S TANGY CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
4 chicken breasts, steamed, cut into thin slices
1 head lettuce, sliced thin
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 sm. pkg. almond slices, toasted
1 pkg. won ton crisp noodles

Put all ingredients into serving bowl and toss with dressing.

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. peanut or safflower oil
1 tsp. sesame oil
3 tbsp. rice vinegar

Put all the above "dressing" ingredients into jar and shake, shake, shake.
