CHOCOLATE CHIP PUDDING COOKIES 
1 c. Crisco, butter flavor
1/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine Crisco, sugars, pudding mix and vanilla. Beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour and baking soda. Add chocolate chips. Bake at 375°F for 8 to 10 minutes.

Makes 7 dozen.
