KEY LIME MOLD 
1 pkg. diabetic lime gelatin
1 pkg. diabetic lemon gelatin
1 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
4 oz. cottage cheese
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. crushed pineapple (packed in its own juice)

Dissolve gelatins in hot water and add cold water. Blend cheese and buttermilk. Add to gelatin. Add pineapple and juice. Pour into mold. Chill.
