VEGETABLE FRIED RICE 
1 c. rice
1 bag frozen vegetables (broccoli, carrots & cauliflower mix)
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
Garlic powder
1/4 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Cook rice in 1 1/2 cups water. Heat 1/4 cup oil in frying pan; add frozen vegetables and stir fry until lightly tender. Beat eggs and add to vegetables (scrambling time); add additional cooking oil to vegetables and eggs. Add cooked rice and seasonings. Stir fry until golden brown. (For extra flavor add soy sauce.)

Suggestion - add ginger to taste; white onion (small dice); green onion (small dice); snow peas (trim); 1/2 can Corn Kernels (drain).

These will improve the flavour considerably - but it will take longer to make. Less time to cook as opposed to longer time to cook giving greater flavour.
