LIME JELLO MOLD 
2 pkgs. lime gelatin
2 c. hot water
1 (no. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 pt. sour cream
1 sm. jar cherries, chopped
1/4 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped

Grease mold with salad oil. Combine all ingredients at one time, making sure that the sour cream is at room temperature. Stir the mixture until there are no lumps. Pour in mold and refrigerate.
