TANGY LIME JELLO MOLD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 c. Cottage cheese
1 c. nuts (optional)
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (drain and use juice as part of Jello liquid)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. horseradish

1. Dissolve all Jello in 2 cups boiling water and 1 cup cool water 2. Stir other ingredients together and add to Jello mixture 3. Chill until hard and serve NOTE: Do not use fresh pineapple or fresh juice. Fresh pineaplle prevents Jello from hardening.
