AUNT LORA'S LIME JELLO MOLD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lime Jello
2 c. boiling hot water
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. pecans, chopped
2 (8 1/2 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drained (blue can - heavy syrup)

Mix Jello, water and juice together. Put into refrigerator until it shimmers. Beat Jello a little, then beat in sour cream. Add nuts. Fold in drained pineapple. Let harden.
