LIME JELLO MOLD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Drain pineapple and add enough water to make 1 cup. Heat juice to boiling and mix in Jello. Add sour cream and mix with electric mixer. Add cottage cheese and pineapple and mix well (by hand). Pour into 9x13 pan. Refrigerate until set.
