LEMON LIME MOLD | |
2 pkgs. lime Jello 2 pkgs. lemon Jello 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 pt. heavy whipping cream 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple In a large mixing bowl add all Jello and 4 cups boiling water. Add 1/4 cup boiling water to cream cheese to melt and stir well to blend. Cool in refrigerator for a time, to set up but not completely jelled. Remove from refrigerator and add whipping cream and complete can of crushed pineapple. Beat until thick but not stiff. Pour immediately into mold and refrigerate overnight. Will keep for weeks. Yields 20 servings. This is very attractive in a fluted mold garnished with frosted grapes and strawberries or whatever fruit your heart desires. |
