LIME JELLO MOLD 
2 (3 oz.) boxes lime Jello
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
1 env. Knox unflavored gelatin
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water

Dissolve Jello, gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Add cold water and stir well. Add sour cream and mix with wire whisk until dissolved. Add can of crushed pineapple, including the juice, to mixture; stir well. Pour into lightly oiled mold and refrigerate until congealed.
